If we can find a cheaper delivery service for you than the one you have paid for, we will confirm this with you and refund any difference.
Likewise, we reserve the right to apply additional charges incurred from the courier companies we use, for deliveries with more than one box, deliveries on a pallet and where a remote area surcharge is applied. For Example Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Greek Islands, Italian Islands, Scottish Islands.
